All Guests that are promoted are under contract to appear and will be at the event on both days unless noted. If the Guest has an unforeseen conflict personally or professionally and can not make the event, Anime Washington would post a notice on the website and social media immediately. No refunds will be given for admission tickets due to a Guest’s cancellation.
